Together we are a community of believers. What does that mean, the word community? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The Bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers.
We strive to be a church without walls. Jesus calls for us to go outside the walls to reach the lost and the broken. It is there that the lost will be found. Most churches find it is comfortable to stay within the walls, but we make it an effort to be like the church from the book of Acts, to see our city changed.
We highly value our relationships with one another. We look to grow through fellowship, and
ultimately growing closer to God. We value the word of God, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We look to extend grace to all of the lost and broken, and lead those with no hope to the hope of Jesus Christ.

Bishop Hardin is our Founder and Senior Pastor and he is passionate about connecting people with Jesus and the Church and helping them discover their purpose. He is a capable preacher and teacher who takes a practical, Bible-based approach toward inspiring people to LOVE. LEARN. LIVE.
Pastor Claudia Hardin
Co-Pastor & Pastor to Children, Youth & Young Adults
Pastor Claudia is our co-pastor and wife of our Bishop. Anything that gets done around here, you can be sure that Co-Pastor was the mastermind behind it. She works behind the scenes to make everything tick and she is also an inspiring teacher of the Word. She also leads the Well Woman Ministry, an ongoing experience bringing healing and wholeness to women.
Elder Levell Hawkins
Pastor of Worship Arts
Elder Levell Hawkins is our Pastor of Worship & Arts. With a passion for creating a safe and uplifting space for worship and praise, Pastor Levell brings joy, humor, and empowerment to every interaction. His heart for people shines through as he encourages and uplifts those around him. He leads the Praise Team, choir, young adult praise team, and dance ministry, helping others engage with God in authentic worship.
Elder David Richard
Director of Outreach & Evangelism
Elder David Richard serves as the Director of Outreach & Evangelism at Dominion Church International Orange Campus, where he leads efforts to reach the community through traditional neighborhood canvassing, social media evangelism, and ongoing felt-needs campaigns. His role involves coordinating strategic outreach initiatives that meet both the spiritual and practical needs of the community, fostering connections and building bridges to the church. Through his leadership, the church actively engages with the local area, ensuring that the love of Christ is demonstrated in tangible ways and that the gospel message is shared broadly and effectively.
Elder Daniel Guillaume
Pastor of Connections
Pastor Daniel Guillaume serves as the Pastor of Connections at Dominion Church International Orange Campus, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming environment for all who attend. His primary focus is on building strong relationships within the church community, ensuring that every visitor and member feels valued and connected. He leads the church's efforts in developing effective follow-up processes and creating clear pathways for spiritual growth and engagement. He also oversees the integration of new members, guiding them to find their place in the church's ministries and small groups.

Her role involves crafting and directing worship experiences that draw the church closer to God, fostering an atmosphere of praise and adoration. Through her leadership, the worship team is inspired to pursue excellence and authenticity, making each service a meaningful encounter with the presence of God.

Director of Media
Minister Christian Foster serves as the Media Director at Dominion Church International Orange Campus, where she oversees all aspects of media production, including videography and social media. Her role involves capturing and sharing the church's message and events through dynamic video content, ensuring that the church’s presence extends beyond the physical campus to reach a broader audience online. By managing and curating the church's digital platforms, Minister Foster plays a crucial role in engaging the congregation and the community, making sure the church's mission is communicated effectively and creatively.
Danny Reed
Director of Technology
Danny Reed serves as the Technology Director at Dominion Church International Orange Campus, where he is responsible for managing the church's audio engineering, internet infrastructure, and overall technology systems. His role involves ensuring that all technical aspects of the services, from sound quality to livestreaming, are seamless and reliable, enhancing the worship experience for both in-person and online attendees. By maintaining and upgrading the church’s technology, Danny plays a vital part in enabling the church to effectively communicate its message and connect with the community through modern and innovative means.

Pastor of Worship Arts
Elder J is our youth and young adult ministry leader. His heart for young people is truly amazing, and he wants to see the gospel of Jesus Christ preached in schools and campuses across this city.
He works each week to create exciting and powerful experiences to help our youth know and love Jesus and live victorious lives.

Senior Living Pastor
Full of life and joy, Pastor Evelyn Morris leads our Senior Living Ministry, a vibrant community of "seasoned saints" who, each week share a meal over a lunch-based Bible study.
She helps Seniors connect with the family of God and discover their purpose in this exciting season of life.

Children's Ministry Director
Jessica is our Children's Ministry Director. Her heart for the kids of our church is truly astounding, and she has taken our children's ministry to all new heights. She is passionate about helping children know and love Jesus.

Director of Outreach & Evangelism
A true evangelist with a heart for reaching the lost and connecting people to God's family, Evangelist Harvney brings a lifetime of church work and leadership to her role as Director of Outreach & Evangelism.She employs traditional methods of neighborhood canvassing alongside an impressive array of social media outreach tools to reach significant number of new families that connect with DCI each month.

BIG Events Coordinator
A life-long church girl, Melba brings charisma and enthusiam to the planning and execution of BIG events at DCI. From Easter Sunday to Fall Fest to Christmas celebration (and tons of events in between), Melba and her team create phenomenal experiences to introduce DCI to the Humble & Greater Houston communities.
Stephanie E. Wilson
Accounting Director
Stephanie combines her love of the church and the world of finance to bring excellence in accounting and financial empowerment opportunities to the family members of DCI.
She and her team help the church to be good stewards over its resources.
Bishop Rodrick L. Austin
Transportation Director
Bishop Austin is everybody's PawPaw and for years has served in multiple, key capacities at DCI.
He is currently using his many years of experience as a Metropolitan Transit Authority Operator to help establish the DCI Transportation Ministry to serve the community in a greater way.

Audio Technician
With years of experience and technical training in the field of sound, Jason always goes the extra mile to make sure that the audio experience of our worship services is top notch.
He goes above and beyond to ensure that our technical needs are met.
